My name is Bob Tenace. I am the Broker owner of CENTURY 21 Tenace Realty which I founded in 1980. I have lived in South Florida since 1971. My core belief for the company is "YOU GET BY GIVING FIRST". In other words: providing agents with as many resources as possible to leverage their business.
I have a top notch staff, who have been with me for many years and whom I am very proud to have on my Team. Hello, I'm Henry Kaplan, sales manager for CENTURY 21 Tenace Realty's Boynton Beach office. I've been employed within the real estate industry for more than 24 years. Formerly a New York suburb native, I owned and operated my own real estate agency in Rockland County, NY. Having sold my business in the early 90's to CENTURY 21®, I worked my way through a multitude of management positions with the CENTURY 21® International headquarters achieving the Regional Services Director position serving the South Florida region for CENTURY 21®. Currently I manage 100+ REALTORS® with a staff of four. My wife, Michelle and I have one son, Ethan and live in northern Palm Beach County.
Since I've been through the 80's, 90's and now this market, I understand and appreciate what my REALTORS® are up against and believe the secret to my success is being a hands-on manager, nurturing my REALTORS® in a pro-active and positive work environment. Ellen Tremper,
Sales Manager, Coral Springs Office
Ellen Tremper, wife, mother of three and grandparent to one special young person, obtained her real estate license in 1986, and joined the CENTURY 21 Tenace Team shortly thereafter. In 1997, she gracefully accepted the promotion to sales manager of the Coral Spring's Office. Ellen offers a plethora of knowledge with a PMN certificate and several accolades from Women's Council, Broward County Chapter. She also possesses a VIP rating as Relocation Designation Specialist within the CENTURY 21® System. Ellen coordinates training for new hires, seasoned agents and those who desire to enhance their skills.
As office manager, Ellen provides support to all CENTURY 21 Tenace agents and staff by reviewing all listing and sale contracts, insuring agents maintain required ethic and post-licensing training and offering an "open-door" policy to promote communication.
Throughout her career, she has been extremely instrumental in helping several agents achieve Centurion status, an honor often strived for yet seldom reached. Her extensive knowledge of real estate, contract law and overall real estate experience make her an asset to CENTURY 21 Tenace.

Hello my name is Consuelo "Connie" Andrews. I was born in Bogota Colombia SA. I am bi-lingual. As the Director of Career Development for our offices in Coral Springs and Boynton Beach my job is to recruit, train, support and motivate agents. Recruiting is the life blood to a Real Estate Company. I have been recruiting for 20 years and love what I do.
When I am in the interview process, one of the most important things to me is knowing an agent's needs and goals in Real Estate. If we can meet those needs and goals then we are a possible match. Steven Krammer,

Steven Krammer has a superb background, which is well suited for today's marketing demands. After graduating from one of the best colleges in his trade, the world of advertising was at his feet. Even during his undergraduate years in Manhattan, the heart of the advertising world enabled him to quickly get a full understanding of the business. Also while attending his undergraduate program he was already working in the trade, perfecting the ever-changing craft. Traveling to different parts of the world from Europe to Australia gave him a unique perspective and vast exposure along with a wealth of knowledge, which later became one of his biggest assets. This started a 23 year Advertising / Marketing career as an Art Director second to none, working on such accounts as Avon Corporation, Eveready Inc., Zambia Airlines, Fidelity Investments, J.I. Sopher Real Estate Developers, North East Regional Automotive Dealerships, and endless other National Corporations. In 1987 he was asked to resettle to the Sunshine State by a major advertising firm. After about 3 seconds he accepted the offer. Now in Florida he worked on such accounts as Sportsman Paradise, Potemkin Dealerships North and South United States, California Dealerships, Georgia Dealerships, GL homes, Lennar Corporation, and many other Real Estate Accounts. After 14 years in the South Florida advertising community, he then had his eyes set on specializing in Real Estate. One thing let to another, and Bob Tenace of Tenace Realty, Inc. decided to be one of the premiere agencies in South Florida to incorporate a full service in-house advertising / marketing agency for the sole purpose of helping his agents succeed in their real estate career.
