My Husband and I would like to take this opportunity to tell you what a great REALTOR® team you have working for you. Cindy and Rachel made our home shopping a pleasure from the start to end.
In the beginning, they spent the time showing us the homes in the area that we had found on the Internet. Since our schedules were so crazy it was great with the two of them. When one was unavailable, the other kicked in. If we had a question on a property, they quickly got the answer. They understood our issues with a big dog, commute, time we wanted to invest in cleaning and fixing up the property, and my husband’s love of fishing and the need to be on water, factor in the money and the market, they were fantastic.
I have worked over the years with a number of agents. Some coming off as the agents to the stars, with their fancy cars and over dressed to the hilt. Some the retired second career sun baby boomer's with the flowered shirts and the pushy car sales mentality, but Cindy and Rachel were down to earth. They made me feel comfortable but they came off as knowledgeable about the market.
In the end we found ourselves in a real situation. My Husband was offered a position with his company in Louisiana and we were moving quickly.. Other agents would have been put off with the time spent and no sale, but not Cindy and Rachel. They jumped into the mess and found us a REALTOR® in the Lafayette area just as great as they were. We were able to find a home and close within four weeks.
I cannot say enough of how they made the entire process a success from the beginning to end.
